1. GENERAL EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1. CAMPAIGN ORGANIZER AND DURATION
  • This campaign is organized by beuWHITE, managed by WESHINE SDN BHD (Company No. 1514299-K). The campaign runs from September 8, 2024, to October 25, 2024.
1.2. LIVE STREAMING PARTNERS
  • Only specially invited streamers are authorized to host the beuWHITE 1st Anniversary Event. Unauthorized streamers do not have the right to promote or discuss the promotion. Strict action will be taken against any unauthorized promotion activities that are discovered.
1.3. PROMOTION DEALS DURATION
  • The anniversary promotion deals are valid only for orders placed between September 8, 2024, and September 11, 2024.
1.4. ELIGIBILITY
  • The campaign is open to all individual residents of Malaysia aged 18 years or older with a valid NRIC. Participants must purchase beuWHITE products from the official Lazada, Shopee, or authorized live-streaming partners.
  • Participants must provide valid proof of a minimum purchase of beuWHITE products (inclusive of sales tax and service tax) in a single receipt from any beuWHITE official stores on Lazada or Shopee, or from authorized sellers, face-to-face retailers, or live streamer partners on Shopee, Lazada, PeiPei Live 蔣小姐集團, JQ播星站（豆腐妹 Vivian）, Bai ZI GUI 百子櫃, Bella Story贝拉, GogoLo 购购乐, or Klik Asia in Malaysia.
1.5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
  • All promotional deals and offers are subject to product availability. beuWHITE reserves the right to modify or cancel any deal if necessary.
1.6. SHIPPING
  • Orders will be processed and shipped according to our standard shipping policies. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
1.7. CHANGES TO TERMS
  • beuWHITE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels.
1.8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • Participation in the campaign is at the customer’s own risk. beuWHITE, its directors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors, and/or representatives are not liable for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss, or personal injury sustained by the customer arising from or in connection with participation in this campaign, or the redemption and/or utilization of any reward.
1.9. GOVERNING LAW
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved mutually shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

2. TOP SPENDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

2.1. ELIGIBILITY FOR TOP SPENDER DRAW
  • The top spender draw will be conducted after reviewing all orders placed during the campaign period. Only customers who have completed their orders by October 25, 2024, are eligible to participate.
2.2. ORDER COMPLETION REQUIREMENT
  • Top spenders who cancel their orders before October 25, 2024, will forfeit their eligibility for the draw.
2.3. DRAW DATE AND WINNER SELECTION
  • The top spender draw will occur on October 25, 2024. Only one (1) top spender is entitled to receive the prize. In the case of multiple orders with the same highest number of boxes purchased, a lucky draw will determine the winner.
2.4. PRIZE REDEMPTION
  • The top spender will receive a one-way global air ticket (Economy class). The prize is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes.
2.5. NOTIFICATION AND CLAIM
 
  • The winners will be announced on beuWHITE’s Facebook page on October 25, 2024. Winners must claim their prizes in person with the same order ID, full name as per IC & IC number based on the number of boxes purchased.The claim must be completed by November 15, 2024. Failure to claim the prize by this date will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize without further notice or recourse.
2.6. PARTICIPATION LIMIT
  • Each participant is limited to winning one (1) prize throughout the campaign period, regardless of the number of eligible entries.
2.7. CONSOLIDATE ORDERS
  • Participants in the TOP Spender prizes are allowed to consolidate orders under the same order account name. However, the consolidation will be based on the quantity of purchased boxes, excluding any complimentary boxes.

3. GLOBAL AIR TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.1. PRIZE DETAILS
  • The top spender prize includes a one-way global air ticket (Economy class) to a destination of the winner’s choice. The cost of the ticket will be covered by beuWHITE, excluding extra baggage fees. Any additional expenses, charges, and incidental costs related to the prize shall be borne by the winner.
3.2. PRIZE REDEMPTION AND ELIGIBILITY
  • Only one (1) top spender is eligible to receive the global air ticket. Winners must provide valid proof of purchase and complete the prize submission form with their Order ID, full name as per IC, and IC number by October 20, 2024.
3.3. TRAVEL CONDITIONS
  • The global air ticket prize is valid for a one-way trip only and is limited to direct flights. The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for any additional travel requirements, including return tickets, accommodations, and travel insurance.
3.4. NON-TRANSFERABILITY
  • The global air ticket prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prize. Prizes must be claimed by the winner in person.
3.5. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
  • beuWHITE reserves the right to amend the prize details or replace the prize with another of similar value if necessary. All changes will be communicated to the winner promptly.
3.6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • beuWHITE is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay resulting from unforeseen circumstances affecting the travel arrangements. The winner is advised to secure appropriate travel insurance.

  • Top Spender Prize: ONE-WAY global air ticket (Economy class)
  • 2nd – 6th Top Spender Prizes: 5 x (5 pcs x 1g 999.9 Gold Bar) for each of the top 2nd to 6th spenders.

In the Campaign of any inconsistency between the English language version of these terms and conditions and any other language(s), the English language version shall prevail.
